- Our process always start with a home free inspection. This allows for an accurate assessment of the damages and a precise quote for the scope of work.
- If no prior test has been done, we will need to do a hydrostatic test or inspect the pipes via camera.
- At this stage we can appreciate the level of corrosion in the pipes and the scope of the damage.
- Quote is provided to the client based on the assessment.
- After the leak has been identified, we can proceed with repairs.
- We start by digging an access box for the tunnel.
- Then, we will tunnel until reaching the affected pipe.
- Repairs are made according to industry standards.
- If pipe needs re-routing, trench is dug to install new pipe and reconnect to plumbing system.
After the repair is completed, we proceed to backfill the tunnel and access boxes. Any excess of dirt and debris are collected and disposed by us.
Lastly, our team performs a thorough cleaning after the job is completed.
